Have you had a difficult employee experience and wonder how it could have been handled more effectively? Having well thought out policies which reflect your business, mission and values is a great way to start. In this program, we explore common situations leaders face and how policies could have eased the situation and outcomes. Participants will discuss and understand:
a.) Why the investment in a policy handbook with a regular review will save them time and money.
b.) Common situations which could have been eased or avoided had policies been in place.
c.) Why the regulations make it necessary to have written and communicated policies which are administered consistently.
d.) Key categories of policies to include in today’s policy handbook.
Join us as we host Stacey Etherson for the second in her four-part series focused on HR strategies and basics for start-ups and entrepreneurs.
